I'm not a fan of Lil Wayne, Cash Money Records, Gucci Mayne, or anything of that sort. I think that garbage poisons the minds of people. They rap all about the wrong things. In my opinion, here's some good shit:
Common Market and Blue Scholars are some of the best out there at this time for some hip hop. It stuns me how these guys don't make it on the radio, but Lil Wayne will. They make jams to make you think. I think some listeners will be like "Wow, I'm actually thinking right now about this message, I don't do that with Lil Wayne". Dumbing down our society. How sad. Thoughts?
Thats cool!
ReplyDeleteI will follow you, would you check out my blog?
Good Music This!

ReplyDeleteReal hip hop! This is what's keeping it alive!
ReplyDeleteI don't like hiphop...but my blog isn't about music so check it out! Followed.

It's because the poor out number the rich. The machine doesn't want the likes immortal technique on the radio and possibly opening people's eyes.
I really get a laugh out of the "bling" fascination. You know who picked those diamonds right?
These are some awesome beats man.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely going to be following this one.
ReplyDeletedeep stuff man.
ReplyDeleteNice blog ,followed !
ReplyDeletereal hip hop has been pushed aside by the mainstream.
ReplyDeleteIt's about time that some positive rap came about again. I remember the days of MC Hammer, Fresh Prince, Run DMC...then it just went to crap. I'm happy there's some positive stuff coming out again. Sick of the negative
ReplyDeleteDon't generally listen to rap, but this was pretty good.
ReplyDeletenice!
ReplyDeleteNo idea how the R&B/hip hop artists are so popular. The music isn't intricate at all and half the lyrics are like "i want to fuck every girl in the world" or about getting drunk
ReplyDeleteThat being said, I've heard it enough at parties that I almost like some of the songs. I still think it's stupid, and I am amazed how ghetto dudes can get so rich off marketing stuff like that.
Not bad, i think hip hop can be either be extremely good, or just terrible. Theres not really any average in hip hop.
ReplyDeletenice song although i don't like hiphop,thanks
ReplyDeleteyeah its good to see that there is still some real hip hop
ReplyDeleteI'm completely with you on this. I'm generally not a fan of hip-hop, solely for that reason. However there have been some pieces that I found that I loved because it actually had a message and imagery and made you think.
ReplyDeleteI can now proudly say that I have a couple more to add to my list. Thanks.
See, that's how you do Hip Hop... also, there's a dude named Gucci Mayne? Really?
ReplyDeletebit different music which is quite attractable
